Mission Statement
Hendricks County Senior Services believes that older persons have a right to live with independence and dignity, with the best quality of life, in the home of their choice, for as long as possible. Toward that end, Hendricks County Senior Services offers an array of supportive services.
Description
Hendricks Senior Services supportive services include: Transportation, Health Matters clinics, Homemaker Services, Assistance to the Home-bound, Caregiver Support, Respite Care/Companion, Senior-Friendly Food Pantry, Information Bureau, and Durable Equipment Loan. In addition weekday activities are offered at our Senior Center. Our beautiful facility provides opportunities to participate in recreational, wellness and educational activities. Examples include physical fitness, crafts, lunch program, health and consumer programs, legal aid, health screenings, social activities and more.
