Summer Camp Volunteers
For: Youth 16+
Time Commitment: Summer Camp runs June-August. Sign up for a 2 camp theme minimum, more if you like! Camps run Monday-Thursday. We also offer Friday one day camps.
Wear your best tie-dye and show off your sandal tan. As part of our Summer Camp team you will experience the glory of being a camp counselor by playing games, hearing the funny things kids say, and acting as a role model for young campers. Campers range from 1 st-7 th grade. You will help naturalist staff with preparation, activities, group management, and ensuring that the camper experience is memorable. This volunteer experience is infused with nature and fun.

that you are available for and email kbauer@dodgenaturecenter.org. Do so asap for a better chance to gety our first chance camps. Y ou must choose a minimum of two camp themes (it doesn’t matter if they are a one day camp or a 4 day camp, it still counts as one camp). You can sign up for more if you like and we encourage it to ensure you have the best experience this summer possible!

After you are on the schedule Naturalist Mick will reach out to all summer camp volunteers for next steps and I am always here for additional questions.
