This opportunity seeks volunteers to assist with the "Feast of Tabernacles Feeding a Community" feeding. This will be our fourth year providing a hot meal and entertainment to the needy in the Greenspoint area.

The dates for this opportunity are:

• June 20, 2015
• September 07, 2015
• December 25, 2015

Volunteers are needed for the following positions:

Morning set up 7am-9am (Men only)

2 - 4 men are needed to meet at the church location (5011 Hirsch Rd.) to help load the equipment that needs to be transported tot he park. There's usually a rented U-haul that is used to transport the items to the feeding location.

Morning set up 9am-11 am (Men only)

2 - 4 men are needed to unload the U-haul truck and move the items to the pavillion and help place them for the feeding.

We would like to establish the same team of men for the rest of the 2015 year. We will accept new singers.

Food handlers/Servers 11am-4pm; asking 2hrs. minimum

Food handlers will help set up chafing dishes, warm food, cut cakes and pies, sandwich bag breads, etc. Servers will fix plates and maintain cleanliness and organization of service area.

Name Recorder 11am-4pm; asking 2hrs. minimum

Name recorders will record the name of the volunteers that actually show up and their hours given.
Name recorders will record the name of the citizens that are served.

We are looking for people who can put and emphasis on recording legible, and accurate information.

Groundskeepers 11am-4pm; asking 2hrs. minimum

Groundskeeps will maintain the cleanliness of the area surrounding the pavilion only by removing empty receptables, cans, bottles, etc., or asking others to discard empty items.

Must not be afraid to tell people to throw things of no use in the trash.

Evening breakdown about 4pm - 5, 530ish.

2 - 4 men are needed to help reload the U-haul truck with the heavy equipment items.
2 - 4 men are needed to meet at the church location at 5011 Hirsch Rd, 77026 to help unload the U-haul truck.

2 - 4 volunteers are needed to break down the food warmers, andhelp clear the serving area.
