"The Development Volunteer position provided me with really concrete experience that I was able to put on my resume, and that stood out to future employers. Following my three months at Save The Bay, I was able to get more interviews with potential employers. I was told during an interview that my volunteer experience at Save The Bay was what really stood out and moved my resume to the top of the stack.... I would highly recommend the position to folks looking to transition into Development, Non Profit Administration, or simply looking to make a commitment to share their skills and volunteer time with a wonderful nonprofit." -- Emily, Former Development and Grant Writing Volunteer
