Help brighten the day of an older adult by simply making a phone call!

TeleCare is a telephone reassurance program that provides a reliable means of contact for older adults. At its core, TeleCare is a program that promotes social engagement and personal connection. TeleCare also provides peace of mind for individuals who live alone, have high risk health conditions, or are prone to falls.

Weekday conversations with compassionate volunteers offer an opportunity for companionship and socialization that many older adults might not otherwise receive. With TeleCare, many older adults feel a great sense of relief that they have someone reliable to check on them.

For more than 50 years, ElderServe, a nonprofit organization, has been a champion for improving the lives of aging adults in Louisville, KY. We provide a wide range of services to both the active older adult, as well as to those who are most vulnerable.

Programs include Care Management, HomeCare, Crime Victim Services, Adult Day Health Center, Financial Management, Guardianship, Senior Companions, TeleCare, Friendly Visitor, Active Choices, and a Senior Center.
