Celebrate Kids Day offers opportunities for volunteers to assist with managing games and outdoor inflatable amusements for kids ages 2-13. This day is about celebrating how amazing children truly are and it is kicked off by awarding Youth Hero medals to children who have been nominated by the community for achieving quietly without recognition often overcoming significant odds.

Description
The Warren Coalition is an 18 year old drug, alcohol and violence prevention agency operating in Warren County, VA. We provide prevention education services to school aged children with a particular focus on middle and high school. We offer support programs for low income students to help them achieve the dream of post secondary education. Youth In Action is a prevention club for students in helping to keep their peers from using illegal substances that operate in both county high schools. The Warren Coalition provides education to youth tobacco, alcohol and drug offenders on referral from the court or the school system. Anger management and bullying prevention are provided using evidenced based programs and one on one sessions.
