Do you remember being 1, 3 or 5 and having a story read to you? Perhaps, you recall wishing that there was a male figure to take you into the world of fairytale and adding your own description to characters. You now have an opportunity to inpact a child's reading life. Male volunteers are needed to read to young boys and allow them to also read to them. This will allow boys to be encouraged to read because they will see and hear men reading to them. Sign up today and start making a difference in a child's life!

Porter-Leath RSVP is a part of Senior Corps and provides low-income seniors (55 and older) an oppportunity to make a difference in the lives of over 6,500 disadvantage children and young adults through mentoring and tutoring.
