This is a chairmen position, for Set-up for Geneva Lake Arts Foundation, Art in the Park art fair. Art fair will occur Aug 8 and 9 th. You would be required to attend monthly chairmen meetings from now until August. Coordinator art fair set-up volunteers, and be available the evening of August 7th and morning of August 8th and evening of August 9th at the art fair. Laying out exhibitors tent locations (not their tents). And would require coordinating moving and setting up of tables, chairs and one or two tents.

GLAF’s mission is to promote a community appreciation of the fine arts through member exhibits, monthly guest speakers and demonstrations,art classes and workshops.
Membership is open to anyone interested in the arts.
Description
Founded in 1947 we are an organization formed for the purpose of encouraging individual artistic growth and excellence. Geneva Lake Arts Foundation (formerly the Geneva Lake Art Association) fosters a community appreciation of the fine arts through the arrangement of shows, monthly programs, lectures, demonstrations and workshops.
We are a volunteer organization under the direction of an elected board of directors. We support and encourage all forms of art and cultural activities. Funding comes from donations, membership dues, gallery fees, sponsors, fund-raisers and the proceeds from our annual Art in the Park outdoor, juried fine art show.
The Geneva Lake Arts Foundation Gallery features member artists in several theme shows each year. Newly paid-up members are eligible to display work in our member gallery shows, and after a six-month wait, in our member’s tent at our annual Art in the Park juried art show.
