Description
Change's Wellness & Recovery Center the sister company to Alpha Omega Alliance, Inc., a nonprofit organization, has been serving Palm Beach County, homeless severe and persistent mentally ill population since, 2004. Will work to provide wrap around support to the homeless, severe and persistent mentally ill adults and juveniles with substance abuse disorders and criminal justice involvement.
