We are looking for people to "like" our Facebook page and help us spread the word about the network of faith-based schools and after-school programs that we are building.

By "liking" the Facebook page, you'll also be kept informed of other opportunities to help us (such as doing Internet searches that earn donations for our charity, etc)! Also, we will post surveys to gain you opinion about school initiatives and will also post educational related opportunities, scholarships and other pertinent information!

The mission of MJHS is to aid in the provision of quality education and sound character building programs for young people.

Description

Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.

Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
