Join Savannah Tree Foundation and students from the University of Illinois, on their service centered spring break, to plant trees on the museum grounds. This tree planting event in funded in part by a ReLeaf grant from the Georgia Urban Forest Council and memorial donations from the family and friends of Mr. Malcolm Turner and Gray Solana. Additional support provided by JCB.

Our mission is to preserve, protect and plant canopy trees in Chatham County, Georgia. The Savannah Tree Foundation promotes, through direct action and education, an awareness of trees as vital environmental resources and an important part of our cultural heritage.

The Savannah Tree Foundation is a 28 year old not-for-profit urban and community forestry organization dedicated to preserving, protecting and planting canopy trees in Savannah and Chatham County, Georgia.

We rely on the generous philanthropy of our members and the gift of time from our volunteers to meet our mission & goals.
