ORGANIZATION: Human Services Campus

People experiencing homelessness often find their ID has been lost, stolen or damaged. Yet, without an ID, they are often unable to access services ,housing and employment opportunites. The Homeless I.D. Project seeks to assist individuals in getting the documents they need in order to successfully obtain their Arizona state I.D.

This community survey will provide agencies and policy makers with information detailing the number of people who face added barriers to ending their homelessness due to their lack of identification.
