The Volunteer Interviewer gathers relevant information about potential volunteer candidates while assessing which positions volunteers are best suited to fill.

The person filling this position will work in cooperation with the Sr. Manager of Mission Delivery to interview candidates for Look Good Feel Better beauty professionals as workshop facilitators.

Look Good Feel Better is a non-medical, brand-neutral public service program that teaches beauty techniques to cancer patients to help them manage the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.

Those interested in the role of Volunteer Interviewer must have excellent people skills and experience working in volunteer management or human resources. As candidates who will be interviewed are located in states across the South Atlantic, interviews will be conducted by phone.
