The Parade of Flags is the official kickoff to the annual event. There are over 200 flags that are carried throughout the Festival area and then placed on display.

Description
The Multi-Cultural Center offers programs and services to people of all backgrounds. Youth programs include a summer C.A.R.E. Camp, literacy enrichment through the Froggy Reads Program, math recovery through Natives Count, Native Youth Club, and Self-Defense/Judo. Adult programs include Job Skills Program, English Classes, Driver's Education, Cultural Celebrations, the Career Closet and more. The Multi-Cultural Center also provides community outreach through presentations and diversity training. Services offered include Interpreting & Translating and Immigration Legal Services.
