Calling all Principals and Administrators: Volunteer for 1 month or more in India and impact hundreds of schools and communities!
IDEAS India’s Dalit Transformation Project exists to increase success of the strategic initiatives of a national movement that seeks to bring freedom and hope to millions of Dalits. IDEAS volunteers bring a servant’s heart, a committed attitude, and professional skills to this project as they work under the guidance of national leadership.
Principals and Administrators will run training seminars and offer individual leadership development interaction with our partner Dalit school principals and administrators with the goal of serving the Dalit children and their parents more professionally. Ultimately, the Principal/Administrator Specialist program seeks full-life transformation for Dalits today and for future generations.
Working alongside Indian educationists and school coordinators, candidates will:
- Interact with, evaluate and train principals and administrators in advanced education methods to run schools with effectiveness and professionalism.
- Visit schools to implement ongoing training and evaluation programs as per prescribed training methodology
- Develop curriculum for future training programs; test and implement curriculum as appropriate
