Volunteers are needed to direct and support participants to the conference, including participan ts and speakers with disabilities: orient participants to sessions, ensure seating order for participants and speakers, handle microphones for Q&A sessions, record proceedings of all sessions, assist as needed participants with disabilities during coffee and lunch breaks. Some computer literacy is required to upload and download speakers' presentations.
It is an opportunity for volunteers to meet with leaders in the disability movement, as well as senior executives from the information and communication industry and government representatives. The latest mobile technologies and apps for persons with disabilities are presented during the sessions and at the parallel showcase.
