MLB: Pitch, Hit, & Run Volunteer
Volunteer Supervisor: Maveric Fekete
Description: The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center will be hosting the event called MLB: Pitch, Hit, & Run. Throughout the event children between the ages of 7 to 14 will be able to participate, free of charge, in a softball and baseball skills competition. Pitch, Hit, & Run is intended to encourage youth participation and emphasize the FUN element of softball and baseball. Volunteers are needed in various areas such as registration, keeping score, line judging, and other miscellaneous tasks to keep the environment safe and friendly.
Number of volunteers needed: 5-6
Schedule: April 16 th, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM (for those able to help with set up) or 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Qualifications: Must be ages 18+ and be able to pass a background check. Enthusiasm for sports and kids are also helpful!
