Pints for Prostates reaches men through the universal language of beer to encourage them to take charge of their health.

The group was founded by prostate cancer survivor and beer writer Rick Lyke in 2008. The grassroots effort raises awareness among men about the importance of regular men’s health screenings by making appearances at beer festivals, social networking and pro bono advertising.

The Madison On Tap Craft Beer Festival takes place on Saturday, March 7th at the Alliant Energy Center from 2:30PM to 6:00PM. This three-hour premium event will showcase over 100 releases from some of America’s best craft breweries. Attendees will sample beers in an atmosphere filled with live music, delicious food available for purchase, and great vendors. What better way to spend a Saturday in March than with great friends, amazing beer, delicious food and live music!
