Mentors to assist Workforce Development Program Trainees navigate their job search while employed temporarily. The primary role for a mentor is to provide support and to offer a positive role model. A mentor is a resource to bounce ideas off, use as a sounding board, a person rooting for them and someone they can call for advice and assistance in job search. The mentor will also help practice interviewing skills and review and assist in the improvement of job search documents including but not limited to resumes, thank you letters, employment applications, etc. Located in Pittsburg.
