Assisting patient advocates by helping them communicate their concerns, requests and compliments; serve as a liaison between our patients, their famiies and the medical center; provide an atmosphere of compassion, respect and support; and, experience personal and professional growth, as well as much satisfaction.
Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills. Patience and a pleasant personality a must. Orientation and training is provided.
