Join us on March 21st, 2015 for ShamrockFest 2015. Shamrock Fest is America’s largest St. Paddy’s Day celebration, produced by Red Frog Events. For more event information please visit http://shamrockfest.com/

As Red Frog has grown, so has our relationship with St. Jude. In 2013, we committed to fundraising $25 million toward the opening of the ?St. Jude Red Frog Events Proton Therapy Center? on the hospital’s campus in Memphis. Details on the fundraising opportunity and event is listed below:


1) Group Fund Raising Position SHAMROCKFEST FOOD OPERATIONS
  • Each member of your group will earn credit for each hour ($9.50 per hour per person) worked. Hours will be kept on a time card. Total hours will be calculated after the event. One check will be issued to the group for the total dollar amount earned by all volunteers of the group within 2-3 weeks after the event.

  • Uniforms: All workers MUST wear khaki, blue or black pants, capri’s or shorts (no jeans, tank tops or short shorts), and closed toe, rubber sole shoes (tennis shoes). No sandals or flip flops can be worn in any food service areas. An event volunteer T-shirt will be provided. Workers must also wear a hat, visor or some type of hair restraint.

  • Job duties of the concession booth include cooking (ie. grilling hot dogs or frying French Fries), food preparation (ie. wrapping sandwiches), and cashiers. Your group will be responsible for fulfilling these duties in the concession booth. DJ’s on-site management team will provide further instructions on each of the duties.

  • Dinner will be provided (hot dogs, chips, fruit) for each individual working during their break. This will be done in a specific area as to not interfere with inventories in the food units. Beverages will be available for your consumption during your shift in a provided courtesy cup. You are welcome to bring in a small cooler with your own food and or beverages if you choose.

3) Group Fund Raising Position SHAMROCKFEST BEER OPERATIONS
  • The minimum age to participate in beer concessions is 21 years old.

  • Shift Time: 2:00pm -11:00pm (this includes a provided meal/rest break)

  • Each member of your group will earn a credit of $40 per person plus tips. One check will be issued to the group for the total dollar amount earned by all volunteers of the group within 2-3 weeks after the event. All tips will be shared equally among all workers

  • Uniforms: All workers MUST wear khaki, blue or black pants, capri’s or shorts (no jeans, tank tops or short shorts), and closed toe, rubber sole shoes (tennis shoes). No sandals or flip flops can be worn in any food service areas. An event volunteer T-shirt will be provided.

  • Job duties of the beer stands include cashiers (ID’s customers and exchanges monies for purchased beer), server/runner (assist cashier by transferring cups of beer from service area to front counter), and beer pourers (pour beer into cups from taps). Your group will be responsible for fulfilling these duties in the beer booth. DJ’s on-site management team will provide further instructions on each of the duties. Basset service training will be provided prior to beginning of the shift shift.

  • Dinner will be provided (hot dogs, chips, fruit) for each individual working, during their break. This will be done in a specific area as to not interfere with inventories in the food units. Beverages will be available for your consumption during your shift in a provided courtesy cup. You are welcome to bring in a small cooler with your own food and or beverages if you choose.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL MAY BE CONSUMED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THIS FUNDRAISER .

  • Groups of any size are welcome to participate. Your organization understands and agrees that payments of the monetary donation will only be made to organizations whose Volunteers check in with an RFE representative at the beginning of their assigned shift, remain on site and work at the Event during the shift, and check out with an RFE representative at the end of the shift. All checks will be in the name of the Organization and sent to the Organization address listed. All Volunteers will be required to sign a waiver prior to commencing work at the event.
