PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To provide disaster mental health services to meet the mental health needs of Red Cross staff who respond to disasters and the clients in a community affected by a disaster. Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, and complete and submit required mental health paper work in a timely manner. Assist in fulfilling Red Cross missions through the performance of mental health activities through all phases of the disster cycle (preparedness, response and recovery).
OPEN TIME DAYS
5-10 hours per month
