Each year, thousands of volunteers across the country help us bring Walk to End Alzheimer's to over 600 local communities in the United States. We could not do it without our dedicated and passionate volunteers!
Interested in volunteering? You can sign up to help us on the day of the Walk, or help us more long term by joining our planning committee.
Planning committee members help with:
- Team Recruitment and Retention
- Sponsorship
- Marketing and Communitiy Outreach
- Mission (Program and Advocacy efforts)
- Logistics
Day of the event volunteers help with:
- Registration
- Program and Advocacy activities
- Promise Garden activitites
- Water stations
- Greeters
- State Line / Finish Line
- Volunteer along Walk route
- Set Up / Tear Down - Friday evening before Walk and Saturday afternoon after Walk
