Are you interested in helping promote professional & social integration of low income and immigrant communities? Are you looking for a creative, energetic, and culturaly diverse work environment? Then you will love working with Muses! We are looking for an accountant who will help with budget preparation, monthly closings, financial reporting to donors, journal entries, vendor payments and bookkeeping.
This is a part time volunteer position 2-5 hours per month.

In our conscious fashion studio we revive the fine art of creating high-quality, handcrafted and "made in Seattle" apparel. While promoting ethical fashion and responsible manufacturing, Muses fosters fair-paid job opportunities and training for Seattle-based immigrant and refugees.
Description
Muses provides an apparel production training program to Washington State based low-income immigrants and refugees interested in becoming apparel makers.
Services provided to our students:
- Apparel production: 8 weeks training in apparel production and manufacturing services taught by industry experts
- Support services: Job readiness training, professional portfolio, industry focus english classes, online bio etc
- Employement advocay: Facilitate interactions and contract opportunities between Muses students and conscious fashion designers.
