Victims of Domestic Violence....... People sometimes think that domestic violence only touches the lives of people. However, in reality it touches all members of the family, including pets! The Bay Area Women’s Center cannot accommodate pets and does not have the financial means to board pets in such situations. To address this need the Bay Area Women’s Center and the Humane Society of Bay County has partnered with Michael Spencer to create the Judy V. Spencer Fund. victim is safe!
People are needed to set up tables up in am. Work in water and food stations, and assisting with clean up. Dog walkers if experienced.

Description
The Humane Society of Bay County is a volunteer organization. Monthly board meetings are open to the public and held on the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm at 1607 Marquette Ave.
The Humane Society of Bay County was formed in November 1984 by a group of concerned citizens who recognized a need within our community. Since that time, the organization has acted as an animal advocate in our community. Your support continues to be our inspiration as we look forward to a future of improved welfare for all animals.
