Community Sign Language Services, a leading provider of sign language interpreter services, is actively recruiting to fill the volunteer position of Collections and Administrative Assistant to be based in our New Haven office. This position will be responsible to assist the Financial Coordinator with collections on program accounts receivable; call delinquent customers, utilizing respectful customer service skills; and perform administrative tasks.

Position requirements include availability 2 days per week, 3 to 4 hours per day between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., for a minimum of 6 months; strong organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills; the ability to function as a member of a team; dependable; and possess a clean criminal history.
