We participate in a number of community events such as concerts, fundraisers and festivals to name a few! We are hands on, innovative and energized to connect with those interested in our mission! SFO/SIS raises funds for those in need, those affected by the devastating and cruel loss to suicide. We raise awareness by lending our voices to a cause that is too often shoved in the back of the closet for fear of judgement and shame. We care deeply, we care personally for those living with and those we've lost to mental illness and substance abuse related concerns.

>Supporting those who need help now and those who will need help as a survivor if we don't make it in time to help their loved one

Description

-Our main purpose is to help those who have recently lost someone to suicide with financial support for funerals, clean-up a nd memorial services.

-We currently service the Detroit tri-county area (Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland) but look forward to expanding in the future.

-Suck It! Suicide is a program within our IRS recognized 501(c)3 non profit organization called Six Feet Over.

-We are happy to help find resources that might be needed for anyone who contacts us

-We are NOT a crisis line, psychologists or psychiatrists but are happy to point you towards where you should look to find them.

-There are no paid employees at this time, all proceeds go to families who need them, outreach, education and awareness. Only 20% of proceeds go towards expanding our operation.
