To celebrate eco-friendlyness, March of the Blanketeers is having their first Earth Hour Party on March 28th, at 8:30PM. Bring a glow stick for every person you are bringing including you. There will be some light refeshements (Oreos, and Cheez-It's). Everyone should get to the office address 15 minutes early to be briefed on what to do. If you are allergic to Latex Gloves, please bring a pair of rubber gloves or something you are not allergic to.
The Lights go off at 8:30 PM on March 28th. This event is for sorting our TerraCycle waste streams. If you need more info on Terracycle feel free to go to http://terracycle.com
We feel that having a maximum of 20 people will suffice, and not cause a danger. If you don't bring a glow stick, share with someone, we can't provide them unfortunately!
There will be competition going to win a hand-made noteabook and pen made from recycled materials. We ask that to enter the competition you bring a bag full of empty water bottles OR pay 5 dollars.

Our Long Island, NY HQ may only produce blankets on site. Everything is made with the utmost care to our planet and its' ecosystems.

March of the Blanketeers is an organization based in Long Island, NY. Here at MOTB, we deliver volunteer, handmade blankets, hats, and bears to hospitals across the country. Many children have received blankets from March of the Blanketeers across the United States. Please join us in brightening a child's day!
