Saturday Set Up and Decoration prepare Shadow Cliffs for the next day's cycling event . Physical labor required as tables, chairs, boxes, and other supplies are unloaded, sorted, moved, reloaded, etc. Hanging banners and posting signage on site is one assignment; staging tables and chairs is another. Lunch and a t-shirt for all volunteers.

The Tour de Cure Women's Series is a fabulous cycling event encouraging women of all fitness levels to participate and join the fight to stop diabetes. It starts and finishes at Shadow Cliffs Recreation Area. Visit diabetes.org/womenstournorcal and click "Volunteer" or contact Torrey Wall at twall@diabetes.org or 510-654-4499, x7459.
