If you enjoy meeting new people and being social, consider this opportunity! Have fun visiting one to one with residents. You choose the day and time that works with your schedule from once a month to weekly. Once you have gone through orientation and training, you will be matched with 1-2 individuals to visit with. Activities may include playing cards, games, listening to music, etc.
Or make a great first impression and volunteer at the reception desk! The schedule is flexible and training/orientation would be provided.

The Anoka County RSVP connects people age 55 and over who want to volunteer with non-profit and social service programs in Anoka County who need volunteers. Volunteers enroll by completing a skills and interests checklist and these are matched to community needs. From the matches, the volunteer selects a volunteer job that is meaningful and fits. Become one of nearly a half million RSVP volunteers across the country who are making a difference in their community.
