Hi fabulous volunteers! Mirror Image Arts is a non-profit organization that uses theatre as language to inspire dialogue, encourage awareness and promote action in order to build a strong, compassionate and empowered community. We believe that an empowered community has the power to affect positive social change. We are empowering our youth to generate change in the moment and see the value in their voices and the impact of their choices. We need YOU to help them stand up to Bullying.
What are your passions? What are your strengths? How can you best use your natural talents to be the change you wish to see in the world?
As a grassroots organization, we can use all the help we can get. Currently we are preparing for our annual fundraiser, I Got Your Back! We are looking for volunteers to assist with everything from invitation creation, to event management, to soliciting in-kind donations, to talking with lots of people about the event, to getting entertainment lined up, to working with our Youth Advisory team on their devising theatre project, to writing thank you cards, etc! The list goes on and is open for anything you are interested in and/or have the capacity to do.
