Lego is being used as an alternative therapy to help children with disabilities. We are looking for volunteers to help run the Lego, art and music classes. Music as therapy is a motivating setting in which a child’s social skills can be enhanced. The child can practice following directions, role-playing appropriate responses to social situations and participate in a group experience with peers. This is a great opportunities to help improve the lives of children with disabilities. You do not have to have any music experience although its helpful! Our kids mostly bang on drums, shake rattle and roll! We are generally looking for someone who is crafty for art you do not have to be an art teacher! For Lego we will teach you! Come out and have fun with us! We have offices in Vineland, Pennsville and Burlington City!

Description
We provide four core services: Advocacy, Peer Support, Information and referral, and Independent Living Skills Training. We also provide recreational opportunities.
