Foundation to Fly develops after-school programs that help girls grow into strong, self-assured leaders who, because of their understanding of the impact of their decisions, can boldly claim, "I Matter!" We are looking for a special person to help us with our fundraising effort. This unique individual will have a gift for thinking outside the box, creatively considering ways to raise support and awareness of our Roots & Wings program. The ability to ask people for their help both through donations and involvement is very important. Specific responsibilities include: Analyze relationships with current and prospective corporate sponsors, devise sponsorship packages, and work with Board to develop relationships. Create a fundraising calendar and activity schedule. Build and maintain profitable, long-term fundraising relationships with current and potential donors. Track and properly document all activities and complete all necessary reporting requirements. Becoming involved in the Roots and Wings program will be rewarding beyond your imagination. Every day you will see girls grow as individuals, as a group, and as leaders. You, yourself, will be amazed at how connected you become to the Roots and Wings family and how enriched your own life becomes.
