Are you a native English speaker? Would you like to help adult students practice their English listening and speaking skills? Volunteers facilitate small group discussions in a fun, safe environment to help strengthen the self-esteem, fluency, and cultural awareness of English Language Learners. The Campbell Library ESL Conversation Club meets on Tuesdays from 1:00-2:30pm. Contact the Campbell Library at 408-866-1991 or fill our online Volunteer Application http://www.sccl.org/SCCLD/media/About/adult_volunteer_intake_form.pdf and return it to the library.

Libraries offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to library programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions. Skilled volunteers have opportunities to lead projects, work with teams of staff and volunteers, learn new skills, and have fun.
