A male or female volunteer age 18 or older to spend time with a 12 year old boy with Down's Syndrome. The volunteer would be there for companionship and supervision and would not be providing any medical care or daily living cares. This break would alow his caregiver some time.
Any Tues, Wed or Thursday during the day would be great. The family may be open to evenings and weekend hours after September 7, 2015.
There are no pets in the home, and no smoking in the home.
He's a great kid and you will have fun!
