Volunteers are needed to assist with the Bachman Recreation Center Valentine's Day Dance. Participants are individuals with special needs from the Day Activity Program. We need volunteers to help setup, cleanup, breakdown, serve as greeters, help serve food and supervise event. Please join us in helping make this a fun night to remember for everyone participating.

TheDallas Park and Recreation Department volunteer manual was developed as a reference and supplement to staff training on volunteer management.
Volunteers are one of our most valuable resources. It is through their commitment and efforts that the Dallas Park and Recreation Department can provide more diverse and higher quality services and programs to the citizens of Dallas. In order to maintain this important human resource, effective management is the key.
