Phoenix Employment Ministry is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals to reach their potential and lead stable lives through satisfying work. Our participants often have significant barriers to employment, such as limited education, limited work experience, lack of transportation, criminal records, substance abuse history or childcare issues.
