The Relay For Life of Riverside is looking for volunteers to be on our Leadership/Planning Team and Team Captains. These volunteers will take on certain tasks to help us plan and implement an amazing day for our fundrasing teams and our fabulous Cancer Survivors. Our event takes place on June 6th at Valley View High School from 9:00am to 12:00 am. We host monthly meetings and give several hours through out the month to accomplish our needs.
No experience is necessary and we accept ages 14 and up as long as you can make the meetings and full fill your end of the bargain.
Relay For Life is a fun, family-friendly event where teams of family, friends, co-workers, etc. get together for the day to raise awareness and raise much needed funds for cancer patients and their families in our community during such a difficult time. They take turns walking around the track for 24 hours. When not walking, there is PLENTY of fun entertainment such as games, food, live bands, dancers, magicians, etc. You WILL NOT be bored!

Relay For Life is a fun-filled, family friendly event designed to celebrate survivorship, remember those we have lost, and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps while enjoying live entertainment, kids zones, fun activities, food & vendors.
