KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Greet and interact with field trip visitors (including students, teachers, parents, and bus drivers) in a welcoming, friendly, inviting, and professional manner. Assist with school group unloading and check-in procedures including collecting and processing payments, capturing attendance counts, and distributing program materials. Convey general visitor information, program information, and field trip guidelines to all participants. Orient visitors to the site, including program locations, restrooms, and lunch facilities. Rove the site during educational programs, ensuring program execution, visitor safety, and compliance with site guidelines. The physical demands of this position include the ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 25 pounds. This position will be stationed both indoors and outdoors, onsite at Hudson Gardens. Required attire is closed-toe shoes; a nametag and uniform shirt will be provided. Shifts are available on weekdays between 9AM - 11AM during the months of April, May, June, September and October. A weekly commitment is preferred. PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to field trip visiors while facilitating efficient group check-in procedures.

The Hudson Gardens & Event Center is a regional display garden, showcasing plants that grow well in Colorado’s Front Range climate. Our thirty acres of gardens are designed to educate and inform our guests by providing diverse opportunities to gain knowledge about plants, gardening, wildlife, and environmental stewardship. Hudson Gardens is also a multipurpose recreational facility featuring educational displays and programs, cultural and community events, and venues for private social and corporate gatherings. Since 2012, Hudson Gardens has offered free general admission to the community.
