ORGANIZATION: Massachusetts Odyssey of the Mind

MA Odyssey logo

Massachusetts Odyssey of the Mind is currently seeking a Tournament Director to join as a volunteer member of our board. The state tournament is held at a local high school in March of each year. The successful candidate would be able to shape the position and the tournament itself.

Odyssey of the Mind is an international program that allows students to learn creative problem-solving skills while having fun in the process. For 40 years, Odyssey of the Mind has been teaching students how to think divergently by providing open-ended problems that appeal to a wide range of interests.

Ma Odyssey oversees the program in the state. Ma Odyssey is a 501 (c)3 organization that is run by a board of volunteers, mostly working professionals. We mostly meet via web conference, and would be happy to consider an interested candidate who could not meet in person in the Boston area.
