The National MS Society hosts one of the biggest bike fundraising events in the country. The BP MS 150 bike ride goes from Houston to Austin, April 18-19th. Sunday, April 18th 2:00 to 10:00 pm - Groups of 10 per time slots @ Tully Stadium, Houston & Rhodes Stadium, Katy - Having biked 180 miles and then transported back to Houston, riders are tired and need help getting their bikes back. LIFT their spirit with a smile and thanks by LIFTING their bike from the truck. You are truly needed and appreciated by us, and especially the riders at the end of their journey! Please join our volunteer team and proudly wear your BP MS 150 commemorative t-shirt. Help us start the 2014 BP MS 150 out right by contacting volunteerbpms150@nmss.org.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society funds more MS research, offers more services to people with MS, provides more professional education programs and advances more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world. Through its home office and fifty-state network, the National MS Society provides assistance to over a million people annually in its continuing mission to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS..
The South Central Region, headquartered in Houston, TX is made up of five states: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.
Seeking out and engaging volunteers to join the movement is at the very core of our organization.
We engage volunteers at every level. Join an event committee, volunteer at a walk or bike event, advocate at the capitol, volunteer at our office, no matter how you choose to contribute, you are doing something about MS now!
The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.
We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their time and talent to help stop MS!
