Our volunteers visit bedside offering comfort and companionship to lonely hospice patients. No healthcare experience needed. Training is provided. Volunteers can talk, watch TV, read, play music or just sit quietly with patients. Volunteering for hospice is a flexible opportunity where you can visit your patient at a time and day that is convenient for you.

Description
Transitions Hospice provides end of life care to patients and their families. Patients receive comfort care provided by a team of skilled nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.
