Homebound Deliveries: Help bring the love of reading to those who cannot come to the library! The Central Library is looking for an adult volunteer, 18 years or older, who will pick up materials at the library, deliver them to homebound patrons, and return items that are due. Deliveries are made once or twice monthly during a prescheduled time to homebound persons in the downtown area. Once or twice monthly commitment. Volunteers must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. Interested parties will need to complete and return a library volunteer application form and city waiver and meet with library staff for an interview.
