Mission Statement

It is our mission at WNMe to help every child reach his or her potential by fostering self-esteem, personal growth and dedication to their dream. Although our message is universally applicable to children and adults from every walk of life, we put a particular emphasis on ensuring the children and families in areas hardest hit by drugs, violence and neglect, are infused with hope, knowledge and a will to be successful.

Description

Why Not Me Campaign, Inc is a vehicle to make an impact in the lives of everyday people. We are committed to helping eliminate the financial obstacles along the path to realizing one's dreams. We believe the earlier people are equipped with the knowledge and work ethic it takes to succeed in life, the better their chances are of realizing their potential. To this end, we enrich and empower children with access and education at every stage of their development. From our Saturday girls' basketball camp to our summer enrichment program and our joint initiative with Gateway Community Services to keep kids drug free, we are at the forefront in the battle to keep young people in school, engaged in helping their community and primed for a future of success.
