Volunteer position assisting with planning and execution of 4 annual fundraising events. Volunteer will work in conjunction with our Manager of Development/Marketing, Volunteer Coordinator, and fellow volunteers. Duties may include:

  • Administrative assistance (i.e. phone calls to potential sponsors/donors, monitoring event payments/registrations, other clerical duties as required).
  • Work with volunteers to manage and execute silent auctions for 2 of the 4 events (to include soliciting gifts in person/by phone, tracking receipt of gifts, etc.)
  • Ensuring all event materials and organized and packed prior to events.
