Work with girls on a weekly basis at an elementary school in Rancho Cordova, CA. Our Outreach Program is hosting a 2 hour program on Friday afternoons, 2:37pm-4:37pm. This program is run by Girl Scout staff but volunteers are needed to serve all of the girls. There are 60 girls in this program in kindergarten through 6th grade. You will do arts'n'crafts, play games, sing songs, and have fun with the girls. Applications and criminal background checks are necessary.
There is an $8 fee for the background check, financial assistance is available. Transportation is necessary to get to and from the meeting.
Times of meetings may change due to the school's schedule.
