Museum Ambassadors serve to add an additional level of customer service for our guests as they enter the museum lobby experience. Ambassadors will greet guests as they enter the building and will serve as additional support in the museum lobby on high traffic days.

Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at main entrance into the museum, greeting each guest with a smile and providing direction to the front desk.

• Maintain the highest standard of friendly, helpful, and responsive customer service at all times.

• Assist guests in maintaining an orderly line at admissions on high traffic days.

• Assist students and teachers in maintaining order on high traffic group days.

• Interacting with guests in line to answer questions and to communicate the Museum’s programs, films and featured exhibitions.

• Provide guests with Visitor Guides and suggests films, and other experiences in the museum.

• Perform small "pocket demonstrations" for guests in line.

• Check-in Members during high traffic days.
