Join African Promise as we travel to Uganda, Africa for a 2 week cultural, educational and volunteer experience. We provide opportunities for volunteers to learn, grow and serve. We are not "voluntourists" and never visit orphanages. We work with local NGO's and local people to aid in solving problems, but do not believe we have all of the answers. Cost of the trip is covered by the volunteers, but we have resources and ideas for fundraising. We encourage world changers to apply today.

Description
African Promise Foundation, provides paper beads made by women in Uganda, Africa and sells them here in the U.S. Profits from the paper jewelry are given back to Ugandan communities in the form of sponsorship for needy and orphaned children. African Promise also provides volunteer opportunities for those who wish to apply and join us in Uganda for service missions. Humanitarian trips typically last two weeks and provide numerous service opportunities.
