ORGANIZATION: UCP CENTRAL PA

Please consider sharing your time and talents with adults with intellectual disabilities at our Colonial Park Alternatives Day Program. The timing for the opportunity is weekdays (except for Thursdays) between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. We are looking for volunteers who would be willing to assist with learning activities such as letters, numbers, etc. or crafts and games. All of our Adult Day Programs are designed to meet the unique social, emotional, and educational needs of individual adults with a wide range of disabilities. At the same time, each of our day programs provides a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where adults with disabilities can learn, grow, nurture relationships with their peers, and actively participate in the community around them.
