The Alzheimer’s Association's 24/7 Helpline is a free telephone service that offers emotional support to callers and provides information about Alzheimer’s, care giving concerns, chapter services, and referrals to community services. As a trained Volunteer Helpline Follow-up Call Specialist, you will be able to use your learned knowledge and experience to provide support and reassurance to those who are impacted by Alzheimer’s. *Training, supervision, and in-services provided by the chapter.
